This page explains what happens to what you send us through this website. The practice replaces it with its own policy before the site goes live.

What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, email, phone, how you'd like us to reach you and a time that suits you. Please leave medical details out of it. Health history goes on our private patient portal, which the office links to when you book.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to your request and to set a time. We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows.

This website

This site has no analytics, advertising pixels, session replay or embedded scheduling tools. It sets no cookies beyond those it needs to work.
